Shipping & Rates

Delivery times are stated from Mailbox Express and are approximate. If your order is over 6 kg a higher shipping rate will apply. For all orders over 6 kg, we will email you with a shipping quote before sending your order. The weights listed on our products are of the contents; therefore, please remember that the weight will slightly increase with the packaging. An average shipping order that is 2 kilograms would be 9 soaps, 1 Kai’s Cupcake, 1 coffee scrub, 1 large healing salve, 1 lip butter and 1 perfume.

Please contact your local authority for any tax or duty information. We can not be responsible for this type of charge.

We rarely run out of stock, but if we do, we will place your missing items on backorder and ship them as soon as they become available.


Under no circumstances do we make claim to treat or cure any type of illness or health condition with these products. No information should be considered medical advice, nor should it replace the advice of your physician. It is your responsibility to use these products with the same reasonable care and cautions as any other personal product you use. Although these products are handmade using natural ingredients, the possibility of allergic reaction is not eliminated. Additions & Cancellations

Please check your order carefully BEFORE you check out. We cannot make changes once your order has been placed. If you need additional merchandise, you will need to place another order.

Returns & Exchanges

We hope that you are completely satisfied with your Alegria’s purchase, but if for some reason you are not satisfied and would like to return or exchange any product(s), please refer to the following policy:

If for some reason you are not satisfied with anything you purchased from our online store, you may return it to us within thirty (30) days of the receipt date for an exchange or refund. We do not refund shipping charges, and you are responsible for paying the cost of shipping the product(s) back to us (including the cost of insurance, if you choose to insure the package). After thirty (30) days, we will not accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than for manufacturer defect.

Please include a note in your package indicating your original order number, your reason(s) for returning the product(s), and whether you want an exchange or refund.

We do not take returns in cases where a customer’s scent preference is involved or allergic reactions have taken place. We trust our customers will know their bodies and any sensitivities and avoid purchasing items that may cause problems. Just ask for a sample of any ONE type of soap and we will gladly send you a small slice to try it out!

Remember, our products are all natural so please store them in a dry, cool place.
